スタッフの心のこもった対応は、とても居心地が良かったです。

場所が見つけにくく、結局ホテルまでガイドを名乗る人に案内してもらったが、お金を請求された。　また、お風呂に関して一人目がお湯を貯めて使ったら、２人目のお湯が出なくなった。

ホテルのスタッフが親切（ただ、英語があまり得意でなかったようで、コミュニケーションギャップあり。ホテルからのタクシーを電車の駅まででお願いしたのに、空港までと間違えられていた。）その点を除いては親切で一生懸命対応してくれた。

オシャレで清潔、静か。可動式シャワー付きバスタブあり。熱いお湯は２４時間出る。英語はあまり通じないが、スタッフの感じはとても良い。

全てのスタッフの方の対応が親切でとても良かった。

豪華さはないけれど、とても素敵なRiadでした。地図で見るとちょっとフナ広場に遠いかな･･と思いましたが、広場まではずっとお店が続いていて距離は気になりませんでした。 歩いて行ける距離に長距離バスのターミナルもあるので、サハラ砂漠やワルザザードに移動する人には便利です。 ちょっとの料金の違いならスイートのお部屋に泊まる事をお勧めします。

タオルなどリネン関係がちょっとくたびれている印象はあり、高級感はありませんが居心地の良いお奨めのRiadです。

A peaceful oasis from the wonderful madness trhat is downtown Marrakesh.

I enjoyed the calm ambiance as you walk in the door and the traditional moroccan decor throughout the riad was superb. Amazing terrace for sun bathing, having breakfast or dinner. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was clean, very beautifully designed and decorated, the staff was friendly. It was quiet, well situated, absolutely value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff didn't know very much about excursions etc. in Marroco. They weren't very helpful in this issue only. On all other issues they were great. Additionally, some of the staff didn't speak... any language well (except arabic, of course). Others spoke french well, so it was easier to communicate.

An oasis of calm for an excellent price. Lovely staff, beautiful riad, easy location.

Our stay at Dar Balthazar was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The staff were some of the friendliest I have met, and helpful. Our upstairs room was lovely and light, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty and there was lots of it! The roof terrace is a great way to relax and the inside of the riad is extremely calming as it is so quiet. I would love to stay there again!

Clean and cool, a welcome break from the mad rush that is Marrakesh! Staff were friendly and efficient even if the language barrier was a bit of an issue.

Privacy is always going to be an issue in a traditional raid and is to be expected however the ground floor room was rather noise with people having breakfast outside the room in the morning. Previous raids I have stayed in never locate bedrooms on the ground floor rooms for this reason. I would stay here again but not in this room!

We stayed at suite balthazar and it was very lovely, very friendly personel, clean room and it was very charming!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are amazing and the staff is great. The Riad has a great local decoration making it a perfect place to stay.

It's a gorgeous little riad, in a perfect location: the area of Bab Doukkala is both clean and very central, with easy access to the souks and Jemaa El Fna. I stayed in both Balthazar and Gaspard suites and they were both wonderful, tastefully decorated, each with its own style and air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious, served on a very nice terrace, with birds hopping around. Patio and lounge are also beautifully decorated. And the staff - the nicest and most helpful one can imagine. I hope to stay there again and definately recommend to everyone.

The suite was beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the riad was very well placed for a stroll into the souks (5 mins walk) as well as getting taxis further afield. I would highly recommend a stay at Riad Dar Balthazar, we loved it!
